My job is to:
• Determine what is causing emotional reactions
• Unearth all the triggers for emotional reactions
• Develop a plan and help you implement a the plan that will change your dogs emotions to happiness or relaxation.

Emotional Reactions History
To accomplish these tasks I need to ask a lot of  questions.

Answer the questions to the best of your ability.

The more information I have regarding your dog’s history of emotional reactions the more I can customize the training for you.

Negative reaction = any degree of upset (even just a little) moving away, biting, hiding, vocalizing
Family members = People Living in the house on a regular basis

Don’t discount any negative emotional reactions (throughout your dog’s life). If it has happened I need to have information on it.

This first form will primarily give me information on your dog’s emotional history with People.
